You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to access our services. Our services are only available within the United States, primarily in Texas and Oklahoma.

By submitting a form on our website, scheduling an appointment, or requesting service, you consent to receive:

Service updates and promotional SMS/emails
Follow-ups related to your inquiry or service

All communications are handled via our secure CRM platform (Go High Level). You can opt out of promotional messaging at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

5. Use of Customer Data

We collect only the necessary information required to fulfill service requests. This includes name, phone number, email, address, photos, and limited claim-related data.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments for services are handled securely in person or online via Square. Deposits, refunds, and payment terms may vary by service. Any specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

7. Appointment and Service Commitments

We aim to meet all scheduled appointments and project timelines. In rare cases of delay (e.g. weather, insurance approval), we’ll notify you promptly. It is your responsibility to provide access to the property during agreed times.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Total Storm Solutions LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Storm Solutions LLC will not be liable for:

Incidental or consequential damages
Losses arising from misuse of the website or service delays
Any damage occurring after completion of services unless covered under a written warranty

10. Warranty Coverage

We offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on qualifying roof installations and back all product warranties as issued by the respective manufacturers (CertainTeed, Decra, Euroshield, etc.).

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
